Used the 14-day So Shape challenge from France - 222 calories and 23.5g protein per shake, with pasta/rice meals for the savory slot. Ordered after seeing Darwin Nutrition's dietitian test. Shakes like Mint Chocolate Chip and Sea Salt Caramel were surprisingly tasty, and the convenient sachet saved cooking after work. Lost 5 pounds in 14 days with two replacements plus one free meal daily. Trade-off: meals are low fiber (0.8-2.4g) and the pasta needs extra water and salt to taste like real arrabiata, and some flavors were out of stock.
