Solid service but shipping cost showed up late

The basket I bought is sturdy and fits my rack. Delivery was quick, though the £3.99 shipping fee wasn't shown until the final page. Would have liked that upfront

I messaged the shop several times while comparing quartz and quartzite, and my questions were answered quickly. We booked a home visit, picked a darker stone, and the quote was clear from the outset. On installation day the fitters arrived on time and protected the work area before starting. There was one tiny mark on an upstand, but they polished it before leaving. The finished worktop and upstands look brilliant.

Excellent support through a frightening time

Sue talked me through everything without making me feel stupid which was what I needed after two sleepless nights. The printed sheets arrived the following morning and some were up across the whole neighbourhood by lunchtime.

Still no parcel after three weeks

I ordered a £90 case and the dispatch date came and went with no tracking or reply from support. Three weeks later it still hasn’t arrived, and that is completely unacceptable.

Quick blood test at Chester branch

Booked online for the Chester clinic last Tuesday, got a 9am slot same day. Nurse Sarah was brilliant, barely felt the needle and results came back by Thursday afternoon. Will definitely use again.
