Used their comparison tool before my contract renewal and it did find me a deal about eleven pounds cheaper each month with faster evening speeds, so the core service works. The annoying part was the cashback promise: it took nearly four months of chasing before it landed in my account, long after they marked the switch as complete on their dashboard. If you use them, treat any cashback as a bonus that may need nagging, and judge the switch itself on the monthly saving.
