Delivery rates impressed, messages reaching customers reliably within seconds where previous provider suffered delays during peak hours, and the dashboard tracks delivery statuses sensibly. Pricing per message undercuts major carriers while providing more features than free tiers. Interface however feels dated and the API documentation assumes technical familiarity that our junior developer struggled with initially. Support responded within a day helpfully. Reliable enough for low-volume business messaging where cost matters.
