Packaging was completely unbranded as promised and the crate survived international transit without damage. Realistic expectations matter though: the product differs slightly from promotional renders, particularly skin tone depth, and delivery took nearly four weeks with one customs delay neither party controlled. Support answered status queries within two working days consistently. As described overall, just allow generous time.

Okay if you are patient
