Decent platform managing team's
Ocm has been a decent platform for managing our team's projects, but it feels like it's stuck in the middle. The interface is clean and the basic task tracking works well, which is why we haven't switched. However, we've run into a few frustrating bugs with the reporting featuresometimes the data just doesn't sync correctly. Also, while their customer support is friendly, responses can take a day or two. It gets the job done for now, but I'm not sure it's robust enough for us as we grow. It's a solid "okay."
