Missing Items and Damaged Jewelry Left Me Very Disappointed
After waiting quite a long time for my order to arrive, I was extremely disappointed with what I received. One of the items I paid for, the heart chain necklace, was completely missing from the package. To make matters worse, the evil eye pendant that did arrive was poorly made, and the stone was already missing before I even had a chance to wear it.
Receiving both a missing item and a damaged product in the same order is unacceptable, especially considering the cost of the jewelry. This experience has been very frustrating, and I expected much better quality control and order accuracy.
I am unhappy with the condition of the products and would like a full refund. Overall, this has been a very disappointing shopping experience.
