Ordered a retractable garden hose system here after cheaper versions kept kinking irreparably. The hose quality justifies pricing, reinforced layers handling pressure without the ballooning previous hoses suffered quickly, and the reel mechanism retracts smoothly without the manual wrestling cheaper units require. Connector fittings fit standard taps securely first time, rare in this category. Delivery took six days. One wall bracket arrived with a chipped coating, replaced without return hassle though requiring a week wait. Garden maintenance improved noticeably, watering no longer the chore it was.
