Felt ripped off at every stage
TidePick earns its negative reviews honestly. My order arrived late, incomplete, and when I queried the missing piece their response offered a discount code on future purchases as compensation, which is meaningless when there will be no future purchases. Product quality itself was mediocre at best against what was advertised. Every interaction left me feeling deliberately misled rather than accidentally let down. Zero stars if the form allowed it.
