I ordered three dresses online for over $100, but I never received the items. Despite this, I kept receiving tracking updates that did not make sense, showing the package ending up in Fairbanks, Alaska, while I live in Central Oregon.
I tried contacting customer support several times through email, but I never received any response. No resolution was provided, and I also did not receive a refund for my order. The overall experience was very frustrating and disappointing due to the lack of communication and support.
