Order never showed up so far

Placed an order with Urban Sheek five weeks ago after seeing their social media ads, and I am still waiting. The tracking number provided has not updated since dispatch supposedly began, and two support emails have gone unanswered. I have opened a dispute with my card provider as a precaution. I see the single existing review here calls it a scam website, and unfortunately my experience so far does nothing to contradict that.

Good experience overall

Decent online service overall. The overall service does the job well and the interface is easy to use. Had one question about billing and got a helpful reply quickly. Nothing fancy, but it works reliably and that matters most to me.
