great when you can't leave the house

Was stuck home with a sick toddler and no way to get to the clinic. Abby sorted me out over the phone and the doctor was really patient with all my questions. No charge either which was a nice surprise given how quick it was.

Couch fabric started pilling after months

couch fabric started pilling after months of normal use. The frame seems sturdy but the surface looks worn already. Customer service responded quickly but offered only a repair kit.

Great day, very early start

We had a lovely day visiting several gardens. Our guide knew her subject well and gave us time to look around. The early pickup was the one drawback, but once we were on our way everything went smoothly.
