Ordered two occasion dresses from their social media adverts. The familiar story unfolded: photos promised structured, lined garments; reality delivered thin unlined fabric with loose threads needing immediate trimming. One dress was wearable after ironing, the other fit nothing like the size chart indicated despite careful measuring beforehand. Refund process required photographic evidence then weeks of waiting for partial return. Their prices tempt because the styles photograph beautifully, but what ships resembles the listing loosely at best. Spend your budget somewhere that honours its product images.
