Rogue Traders

Ordered 4 items and none were suitable so asked for instructions for returns as per their returns policy. They offered me 50% refund if I wanted to keep items of which I said no as items were no good for me and requested 100% refund. They are rogue traders as the returns address is in China and not in Lichfield, UK as mentioned on website.

My tracking number

Something I disliked is that they didn't give us to tracking information about the package I ordered a grey blue xv dress and a sliver blue dress and they still haven’t came in yet it’s very disappointing
