Very Disappointing Purchase Experience
My experience with this company was extremely disappointing. The hat arrived in a simple paper bag and looked completely different from what was advertised on the website. The quality felt very poor and nowhere near what the product images suggested.
When I contacted customer support to request a refund, I was only offered a 20% refund instead of a proper resolution. After that, I received no further response from the company.
