Washer has been needing a pert for over two months They closed the ticket because the tech quit got fired I don t care which So they closed my ticket instead of giving it to another tech I was on the phone with a woman who was not much help at all She hung up after putting me on hold twice Second time I asked to speak to a manager There is no reason that I need to keep following up with you when the service is in your hands This makes the 3rd time I have called Goodman I do not recommend them I do not want them back in my house Wife said he came back out with wrong parts the second time Incompetence is running rapid lately in America This company has proven that with no communication lack luster customer service and the fact she wanted me to just go back to Lowes and start the process over so they could get another ticket started The LAST ONE SHOULDN T HAVE BEEN CLOSED The work is not complete Never use Goodman Home Solutions
