Full Reimbursement for an unauthentic purchased item
I purchased a Chrome Hearts pendant from Grailed which at the time was marked as authentic on the website After about 7 months I decided to sell the necklace and was told by the authentication team that my item was unauthentic I contacted Grailed support and after they reviewed my case they gave me a full reimbursement for the item Thank you for the excellent customer service
