Rafael was very helpful with my request I ordered something from a seller on vacation first time I ever ordered and when the vacation time was over I received no tracking email from the seller When I looked into the seller s account I noticed they had 2 5 stars and their account was on hold Worried that I wouldn t be able to get my money back due to it being some time I reached out and Rafael quelled my worries and advised me that the money would be refunded back Very helpful very professional will be buying from the site again thanks to their help
