I ve had a credit card with Amex for 12 months now never had any issues My credit limit has been increased 3 times within the year I ve spoke to customer service once on the phone and 3 times on live chat Found the staff to be knowledgeable and friendly Live chat is answered instantly and easy to use it s a shame UK banks don t offer such speed service Made over 220 cashback within the year and paid no fees Highly recommended from the UK
