I contacted Bathroombrands with a question about a broken tap Got a friendly response from Dan within a couple of hours As it turned out I didn t need his help as I had engaged my brain and managed to fix it myself in the meantime but I m confident Dan would have sorted me out if i was still in need of help Very impressed with the speed and helpfulness of the response
