I would like to thank Gilbert at the Verizon store in Woodbridge VA He went above and beyond the call of duty I had two things I needed to get done I needed to pair my phone with my car Mind you I am not tech savvy and Gilbert came out to the car with me and helped me I also wanted to get a phone for my granddaughter I got the phone free and added her to my plan He also helped me with my watch Gilbert you are the best Thanks again
