Joe Haarsgaard in the Verizon store on Eastchester Road in High Point NC provided excellent service I had to wait for my company to release my mobile as I retired There were several weeks of planning and communication to wait for and chase the needed transfer info He kept me informed of deals and product availability He was very kind and patient with me as a non-technical customer Great job So thankful for his help and patience Ellen W
