Incredibly they sent me a pre-used bugaboo Fox 2 stroller when I paid them 1400 for a new one Scratches dents pieces already assembled On phoning customer service all options for return and refund left me out of pocket - I m in NYC so don t have a car or printer to hand and the options were taking a 30lb stroller in a box to a FedEx by cab or going out and paying for a label to be printed Never shopping here again
