Buy Buy Baby - registry was easy though inventory is thinner post-restructuring
Built a Buy Buy Baby registry online for my sister's shower - site still offers the big catalog of cribs and car seats though stores are fewer now. Registry checklist was helpful, and gift givers could mark items purchased so we avoided duplicates. Shipping took 5 days for most items, one crib was backordered. Convenient for baby basics if you don't need to see fabric in person.
