Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service Waited weeks for my order and it didn t get here in time for my event even though they promised me it would Tried calling multiple times to talk to a manager only to be hung up on and told there is no manager No one helped me at all every time I called Shipping is not fast And the return process is NOT easy Now I finally received the shoes weeks late f0r my event so I called to send back for a refund only to be told that I can only get a store credit I will never shop here again and I will tell everyone I see about my awful experience with Mode footwear This online store should be shut down bef0re anyone else has to go through what I did If I could give less stars I would Absolute clown show
