Faulty boots and support that blames you
My boots from ModeFootwear developed sole separation within a month of normal wear, clearly a manufacturing fault. Their customer service instead implied misuse, demanded photos from every angle twice, and then went quiet when the evidence was undeniable. Reading this page shows my case follows an established pattern of faulty goods plus deflection. The initial price seemed fair but warranty means nothing if it is never honoured. Shop elsewhere.
