I had a terrible experience with RTBShopper. They say they cannot verify my info and don’t specify what they need. Well, guess I won’t be able to purchase anything—good job!
SCAM ALERT! Stole My Money
I was approved for $1,200 and tried leasing a laptop. My card was charged $80, but then I received a message saying my verification failed. Despite this, they still took my money! I contacted customer service, and they assured me I’d get a refund, but it never happened. This company is a complete scam with fake 4-5 star reviews. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Deceptive Inventory Listings & Rude Customer Service
RTBShopper lists products as available for purchase when they aren’t even in stock. When it’s time to fulfill orders, they suddenly realize they don’t have the items. Their supervisor, Lyndsey, was extremely unhelpful and rude, boasting about her title rather than assisting. They shipped my order to the wrong address and refused to rectify it, even though the order hadn’t shipped yet. Save yourself the trouble—DO NOT BUY!
Order Issues & Lack of Response
I ordered two items on 08/28/2023 but only received one. They sent me a random alternate item instead of what I originally ordered. The tracking information showed my package was delivered and signed for before I even got the email! I reached out multiple times, but their phone lines were “busy.” It’s now mid-September, and I still have not received my product. Be very cautious with this company!
Pricing Scam & Unprofessional Service
I ordered a 75-inch TV, only to be told they didn’t have any. They then charged me the same price for a 58-inch TV instead! Absolute scammers—RUN while you can!
Damaged Products & No Resolution
I ordered a pool in July, and it arrived damaged. They sent a replacement, which was also defective. I scheduled a return pickup, but no one ever came. Now it’s January, and they refuse to send me a new one because “too much time has passed.” They take your money and leave you with faulty products!
No Tracking Info, No Customer Service
I ordered a treadmill that was supposed to be delivered on February 1st. I never got tracking information, and now they claim they can’t provide one. You can never reach anyone by phone—only through text. Total scam, beware!
