Bunny Stream Reviews – A Total Nightmare!
If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. Bunny Streams is hands down the worst IPTV service I’ve ever encountered. From rude and arrogant customer service to a service that constantly freezes, this company is a complete disaster. They always claim to be "upgrading servers," but guess what? Nothing ever improves!
I initially tried their trial version, but their setup instructions were horrible and didn’t work. There’s no phone number to call, and contacting them via chat or support ticket is a joke. Poor response time and no resolution—you’d think they’d be more eager to assist a new client, but they clearly don’t care. Not a good start, and I’m already looking for another IPTV provider.
Total Scam – Stay Away!
I decided to give them a shot in Canada, and just five days after paying for a full month, the service completely stopped working. I submitted multiple support tickets and spent over 72 hours troubleshooting, only to be ignored. When I finally requested a refund, they pretended to process it and even sent me a confirmation email. But don’t be fooled—THEY DON’T OFFER REFUNDS! My credit card was never refunded, and they just disappeared. TOTAL SCAM. DO NOT SIGN UP!

If you use a VPN, expect nothing but 404 errors. I turned my VPN off, and magically, the service worked. Turned it back on? Back to errors. I experimented a few times, and it started working again, but Bunny Streams refuses to acknowledge this issue. They simply ignore any emails or support tickets related to VPN problems. They know the issue exists and do nothing about it.

I followed their own cancellation instructions via PayPal and canceled my recurring payment. Next month? They charged my bank account directly WITHOUT MY PERMISSION! They even closed my support ticket without responding. Switched to Typhoon Labs IPTV, and I am MUCH happier!
