I recently made a purchase from Belletracy, and my experience has been less than satisfactory. I ordered a knitted vintage cardigan, expecting a soft, high-quality item, but what I received was far from it. Instead of the cozy knitted cardigan, I was disappointed to find a cheap printed polyester fabric that looked nothing like the product advertised. The quality was subpar, and there were no washing instructions or fabric content listed, which raised concerns about the authenticity of the product. This was a complete letdown, and after this experience, I will never purchase from Belletracy again.
To make matters worse, my order came from Portugal and took an entire month to arrive, making it too late to wear in October as I had hoped. The item was also flawed—missing two letters in a printed word, rendering it completely unwearable. When I contacted customer support, they offered me only a 2% refund off the $36 I spent.
