I recently purchased a knitted vintage cardigan from Belletracy, and I am incredibly disappointed with what arrived. The product I received was not the soft knitted cardigan I expected, but rather a cheap printed polyester fabric. The quality was poor, and there were no washing instructions or fabric content listed. It was an absolute letdown, and based on this experience, I will never buy from Belletracy again. Do not buy from this company.
My order came from Portugal and took an entire month to arrive, which meant it was too late to wear in October as I had hoped. To make matters worse, the item was missing two letters in a printed word, rendering it completely unwearable. When I reached out to the seller, they only offered a 2% refund off the $36 I spent, which was completely unacceptable. I am now disputing the charge with my credit card company.
