Customer Review - Belletracy Reviews and Complaints
I recently made a purchase from Belletracy, and my experience has been a rollercoaster of disappointments and small wins. I ordered a knitted vintage cardigan, expecting a soft, cozy item, but what I received was far from what I anticipated. Instead of a quality knitted cardigan, I was sent a cheap printed polyester fabric that was uncomfortable and poorly made. The worst part was that there were no washing instructions or fabric content listed, which was frustrating. This has left me incredibly disappointed, and after this experience, I can’t see myself shopping with Belletracy again.
On top of that, my order, which came from Portugal, took a whole month to arrive, meaning it was far too late for me to wear it in October as I had hoped. To make matters worse, the item had a printing mistake — two letters were missing from a word, rendering the product unusable. When I reached out to Belletracy's customer service, they offered a meager 2% refund on the $36 I spent, which was completely unacceptable. Now, I’m disputing the charge with my credit card company.
As a Cancer patient, I had high hopes when I ordered a Breast Cancer Awareness sweatshirt from Belletracy. I was looking for something meaningful and comfortable, but the product I received was neither. The material was wrong, the size was off, and the printed wording was completely incorrect. I contacted support, but they refused to offer me a refund, making this an even worse experience. I would give Belletracy zero stars if I could.
I also ordered three breast cancer-themed shirts, and once again, I was let down. The polyester fabric was uncomfortable, and two of the shirts didn't even fit. Despite sending six emails to their support team requesting a return, I received no response for two weeks. This is a prime example of why you should be cautious when reading Belletracy reviews and complaints before making a purchase.
That being said, I did have a few positive experiences. One of the dresses I bought came in sleek packaging, which initially impressed me. While the material wasn’t the best, it wasn’t low quality either. The design was simple but elevated by the addition of pockets, which I absolutely loved. For the price, it was a solid purchase, and I felt satisfied with this item.
Additionally, I purchased a casual set that turned out to be a decent buy. The quality was good for the price, and though it took a couple of weeks to arrive, it met my expectations for casual outings. The packaging was basic but functional, and overall, I was happy with this purchase.
Another item I bought was a dress made from breathable fabric, perfect for warm weather. The design was simple yet chic, offering excellent value for the price.
Lastly, I bought a cotton and linen blend set, which I’m very happy with. The relaxed fit and breathable fabric made it ideal for casual outings, providing both comfort and style.
