Good shoe selection but poor customer service and slow shipping

I ordered a pair of limited edition sneakers from Footgearlocker with high expectations. The website has an excellent selection of footwear, and I found exactly what I was looking for. The prices seemed competitive, so I proceeded with my purchase. However, the experience went downhill from there.

First, shipping took nearly four weeks instead of the stated 7-10 business days. Without tracking updates, I had no idea where my package was. When I contacted customer service about the delay, I received a generic automated response that didn't address my concerns.

When the shoes finally arrived, they were correct, but the box was damaged and one shoe had visible scuffs. I attempted to reach out for an exchange, but customer service was unresponsive for days. Eventually, I got a reply suggesting I pay for return shipping to resolve the issue. As a premium retailer, this felt unacceptable.

The shoes themselves are nice, and the selection at Footgearlocker is genuinely impressive. But the poor customer service, slow delivery, and lack of accountability have completely diminished my experience. I cannot recommend shopping here until they improve their logistics and support team. There are better options available.
