Mixed Experience - Some Good, Some Concerns

I recently made my first purchase from Lunzo.de after seeing some of their products advertised online, and I have mixed feelings about the experience. On the positive side, the website itself is easy to navigate with clear product categories for clothing, accessories, shoes, and household items. The prices are quite competitive, which initially attracted me to the site, and the selection is broader than I expected for a European retailer.

I ordered a jacket and some kitchen accessories, and the shipping was reasonably fast – my package arrived within two weeks, which is acceptable for international shipping from Germany. The kitchen accessories were decent quality and matched the product descriptions well, so I was satisfied with those items. They appear to be functional and well-made for the price point.

However, I have some concerns about the jacket. While it looks similar to the photos, the material quality feels cheaper than I expected, and the stitching around the zipper seems less durable than jackets I've purchased from other European retailers. I'm not sure if it's an authentic brand product or a replica, as the branding looks slightly off compared to official store versions I've seen. This makes me hesitant to order clothing items again.

Customer service responded to my inquiry about sizing, but their response was generic and didn't fully address my specific questions. Overall, Lunzo.de could be okay for certain household items, but I'd recommend caution when ordering brand-name clothing.
