I purchased a Lunzo knife set four months ago and overall, I'm satisfied with the product quality. The blades are sharp and maintain their edge well, the balance is excellent, and the craftsmanship is evident in the build quality. For the price, these are solid kitchen knives that handle daily use without issue.

However, my experience with Lunzo as a company has been mediocre. The website is poorly translated in some areas, causing confusion about product specifications. Shipping took longer than advertised, and customer service responses were infrequent when I had questions about maintenance.

The 14-day return policy is quite strict, and I'm concerned about long-term durability given the limited warranty. The product itself deserves four stars, but the overall customer experience brings it down slightly. If Lunzo improved their customer service, website clarity, and warranty coverage, they'd easily be a five-star operation. Quality products deserve quality support to match.
