Reasonable Prices but Quality and Shipping Could Be Better

I purchased cat toys and dog treats from Pets-dreams and had a mixed experience. The website is easy to navigate and prices are quite competitive compared to brick-and-mortar stores. However, there were several areas that disappointed me. The shipping took longer than promised—my order arrived in three weeks instead of the estimated ten business days. When the package finally arrived, several items showed signs of rough handling during transit. The treats had broken packaging, which raised concerns about freshness. I ordered a rechargeable toy, and it arrived completely non-functional despite being advertised as brand new. Upon contacting customer service about returns and replacements, the process proved unnecessarily complicated. Customer support took nearly a week to respond to my email inquiry. The product range is decent, offering a fair selection of pet supplies across different categories. Unfortunately, the execution and quality control don't match the reasonable pricing. For the money spent, I expected better packaging protection and more responsive customer service. I may try other pet suppliers before ordering from Pets-dreams again, though I appreciate their competitive pricing structure.
