I ordered a hat from Bullhatter last month, and while I appreciate the hat selection and styling, my experience had some notable issues. The hat itself appeared decent upon first inspection, though the quality felt somewhat below what I expected for the price. My main frustration was with the packaging—it arrived in a plastic bag rather than the sturdy box I anticipated, which resulted in the hat being partially crushed during transit. The sizing chart seemed accurate enough, and the hat fit reasonably well after some reshaping. Customer service did respond to my inquiry about the packaging damage, though their proposed solution was limited. They offered a small discount rather than replacement. Shipping took longer than the estimated timeframe, which was disappointing. The hat has held up decently since arrival, though I'm concerned about durability given the initial damage. For the price, I expected better packaging standards and slightly higher material quality. The website presentation is misleading about the shipping method and packaging quality. If they improved their packaging and sourcing, they could be competitive. Currently, there are better options available for comparable pricing.
