Unhelpful Communication and Serious Quality Concerns

I waited nearly two months to receive my order of BPC 157. During that time, I contacted the company multiple times and was repeatedly given vague responses such as “your order is being packaged” or “your order is ready to ship.” Overall, they were unresponsive, evasive, and provided no meaningful assistance.

Eventually, I was given an international tracking number that was largely useless. When the package finally arrived, I discovered it had shipped from Lithuania. The parcel appeared to have been opened and resealed. Inside, the bottle cap was loose and missing a proper safety band, with the seal simply resting on the rim. While this may have been due to customs inspection rather than the seller, it was still concerning.

I ordered 60 capsules but received only 56. Taken together, this was a very poor experience, and I am now hesitant to even use the product. Going forward, I will only purchase from companies based in the United States that clearly have items in stock. If possible, I would give this company zero stars.
