One-Month Trial Without Noticeable Results
I tried a one-month supply, but no instructions were provided. Taking two capsules per day only met the minimum dose of 500 mcg, and I didn't experience any noticeable benefits at that level. A higher dose over a longer period might have been more effective, but I'm not willing to risk spending more money on something that may or may not work.
