Inaccurate Sizing and Poor Quality Product
I received a product that was completely the wrong size. The dog boots were labeled as XL for dogs weighing 10–13 kg, but my dog weighs 11 kg and I could not even get half of her paw into the boots. The sizing is extremely inaccurate.
I contacted the company to explain the issue, and they asked me to return the item at my own expense to Austria. Despite the name suggesting otherwise, this is not a UK-based business. The product quality is cheap and poor, the sizing is misleading, and the company name is deceptive. Do not purchase from this seller.
