Watch eventually arrived, returns effectively impossible
Sakura Watches shipped my order but communication between payment and dispatch was nonexistent for two weeks, matching other buyers' experiences here. The timepiece itself runs well and matches photographs reasonably. The real problem is policy: returns are refused under essentially all circumstances per their own terms, so if anything arrives faulty you own it regardless. Works out fine when things go right, gamble when they do not. Order accordingly.
