Trustpilot 4.2/7k praises careful packaging and user-friendly store, and bars arrived in perfect condition with honest pricing. Selling was different: sent silver Jan 30, they inventoried but held funds until market dipped, paid March 24 after daily calls - far beyond the quoted 7-10 business days. Sophisticated Investor notes sell minimum raised to $10k and 2026 backlogs hit 30+ days. Great for buying at live price, but don't sell here if you need liquidity fast.
