Kitco bullion - live spot prices spot on but sell payout took 24 days

Bought gold Maple Leafs via this Montreal dealer founded 1977 - they also run Kitco News for spot prices. Trustpilot 4.2/7k praises careful packaging and user-friendly store, and bars arrived in perfect condition with honest pricing. Selling was different: sent silver Jan 30, they inventoried but held funds until market dipped, paid March 24 after daily calls - far beyond the quoted 7-10 business days. Sophisticated Investor notes sell minimum raised to $10k and 2026 backlogs hit 30+ days. Great for buying at live price, but don't sell here if you need liquidity fast.

Neutral live spot prices slow sell payout careful packaging honest pricing liquidity concerns

Decent value

Used this digital content service for a while now. The features is reliable most days, though there was some waiting at peak times. Pricing feels fair for what you get. Support replied politely when I reached out.
