Quick response, friendly face
Called out for my mum's car yesterday, she's 82 and gets flustered easy. The chap who came out, think his name was Brian, was brilliant with her. Explained everything simply, fixed the starter motor issue roadside and waited till she was happily driving again before leaving. She's been going on about how nice he was all evening.
