Appeal ignored and the fine has doubled
I got a parking fine while helping my mum unload at her flat. I sent photos showing the loading space and a note from a visitor, then logged a formal appeal. Nothing happened for twelve weeks, so I tried ringing and was cut off. The amount has since gone up, which feels completely unfair.
