Appeal ignored and the fine has doubled
I got a parking fine while helping my mum unload at her flat. I sent photos showing the loading space and a note from a visitor, then logged a formal appeal. Nothing happened for twelve weeks, so I tried ringing and was cut off. The amount has since gone up, which feels completely unfair.

sleep is finally normal again
Bought the CBN drops after a friend mentioned them. Was up most nights for years and now I'm asleep before midnight (huge for me). Bit pricey compared to the stuff I used to grab locally but this one actually does something. The dropper is stiff though, that could be better.
