Misleading selling practices

Today I went to Mr Tire in Denver NC to have a flat tire fixed I was told by their customer service representative that they could not fix the tire because although the leak was still within the tread it was too close to the edge Then he went on to say that ALL the tires would need to be replaced because a new replacement tire would have more tread than the remaining tires the car and ALL tires only had 15 000 miles The car is a 2021 SUV I purchased new and I decided to drive to the selling dealership to see what they had to say about the tire I did not say anything about what Mr Tire had told me The dealership fixed the flat and said nothing about having to change ALL the tires My cost fix was 39 99 plus tax Mr Tire is misleading Mr Tire purchased this business over a year ago Since the early 90 s I had been a customer of the previous owner as well as Mr Tire Unfortunately this was not the first time since Mr Tire purchased the business that I have felt their practices were less than believable I will never go back to Mr Tire anywhere Customer beware
