Awful experience With a group of rented a car last weekend when the car was delivered the personnin charge check the car as we did When we returned the car they found a scratch on the lower part of the bumper a place that was not check at the beginning it was a minimal scratch that we are 100 sure that we did not do now they are charging us almost CHF800 for that minimal issue It is also strange that one of the first places this person check was under the bumper and they claim that they always do it but that was not done by the person who delivered the car It is a charged way out of proportion for a tiny scratch
