Wonderful store

I bought an in-stock item from BigBadToyStore on the 7th of October and it s literally just arrived couldn t be happier My experience with BigBadToyStore has been absolutely positive I placed the order and it took a long time to process but I gave it some time and it did process without any issue When it shipped it didn t give me tracking for the first 48 hours so I panicked and emailed the customer service However shortly after sending my email the tracking came online and the person who replied to me- Joe was absolutely wonderful and polite even though my issue was already resolved by the time he replied Once the item was shipped I was notified of every single move it made the tracking was full and comprehensive and the item arrived well packed in a box that was pretty much pristine Absolutely lovely experience with this store
