STRAIGHT TALK IS THE ABSOLUTE WORSTSTRAIGHT TALK IS THE ABSOLUTE WORSTBUYERS BEWARE BUYERS BEWARE BUYERS BEWARE BUYERS BEWAREI could say that enough Buyer s Beware I worked with this company for nine years or more I had minor problems with STRAIGHT TALK yet nothing like the foolishness that I have been going through for the past couple of months I feel like I am in a night mare that I can t awake from For starters I had both home service and cellular service with STRAIGHT TALK I called customer care LOL which they could careless to discuss a problem that I was having with my cellular I spoke to at the very least three CC representatives before I could understand what the ham baloney they were talking about Two of the reps could bearly speak English and the third started the conversation with a threat I was told that you are having a problem with your service well don t worry I am going to fix that for you Well what she should have said I am going to fix you bc by the end of the conversation not only did she tamper horribly with my cellular phone but the next day my home phone was unusable Not to mention the day after they removed monies out of my bank account both phones were unusable The second CC rep informed me that I was given a DEFECTIVE phone number whatever that meant Anywho I have contacted Better Business Bureau Small Claims Court and all my followers on FB I have been through hell and back and still have not gotten this foolishness settled Last but not least Straight Talk is so pressed to take our money and give us a headache that they are so PETTY that after being served court papers they tried to get the court system to allow them to handle the complaint over the telephone as apose to spending money to bring this PETTY company to DC from Florida to handle the case Thank God the court system would not allow them to do mediation over the phone Now the initial complaint was filed in August and I still have not had my day in court BUYERS BEWARE If you have money to throw away contract STRAIGHT TALK for either home phone service or cellular phone service and that is exactly what you would be doing THROWING AWAY YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY I can not say this enough BUYERS BEWARE And that is all that I am going to say about STRAIGHT TALK DO NOT USE STRAIGHT TALK UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES
