Doesnt care about the customer at all

Drawers arrived cracked in 2 places thats not what my biggest problem was it was the way this seller handled the problem Passed the buck to the manufacturer and had very poor communication with me Ignored some emails ignored my voicemail Eventually manufacturer picked item up 31st Oct iv had to chase for my 275 refund from 1 2 1 and its 4th Nov terrible customer experience didnt pick up the phone once to me to apologise for inconvenience or anything Was a disaster from start to finish due to this seller who has no care for customer whatsoever Ordered 3rd Oct and as of 4th Nov I have no bedroom drawers and 275 out of pocket I had to open a paypal case and suggest nobody buy from here if you do then use paypal so as you have some form of protection

The worst experience I have ever had Please do not purchase anything from 121 furniture Total incompetence from start to finish Dropped the first sofa at the wrong address The second sofa arrived damaged Then a fight to get a refund Just under a month of stress A total joke of a business Be smart shop and shop somewhere else I would score them a zero if I could Awful just awful

Severely Damaged Oak Julian Bowen bed frame

Ordered an Oak Julian Bowen bed frame from this company The Bed frame came in damaged packaging i was suspicious however the delivery company didnt give me any time to check for damages upon opening the head board the right hand support has been shattered making the bed unusable i have emailed and called left messages no answer Just wanted to update yet again after delivery a replacement bed frame i have been delivered a second badly broken bed i honestly wish i never purchased something from this company or Julian Bowen furniture what a terrible mistake

Overall a very poor experience

Overall a very poor experienceI ordered the Hong Kong tall drawer unit from them because they stated 3-10 days delivery so I assumed it would be within the 10 days - however it was 3 weeks before the item arrived and when it did it was faulty I reported it faulty and the after sales was lack lustre to say the least - simply forwarding on the suppliers emails and acting as the silent middle man When the replacement item eventually arrived it was scuffed quite badly due to its poor packaging - but as I d waited nearly 6 weeks for the item I asked them if they had any advise on the scuffs so I could keep this and I got another supplier email forwarded on no added value from 121 or goodwill gesture towards the sub-standard product and all the hassle involved Not recommended

Bitterly disappointed

My initial experience was good a refund was offered when the original delivery date could not be achieved I continued with the order their communication remained good However they refused to accept any responsibility for their misleading description of alloy framework when corrosion occurred on my Port Royal Rattan patio furniture which was actually made of steel Due to its seasonal use it was discovered 13 months after purchase they simply blamed Port Royal who denied all responsibility Bitterly disappointed at being left with a rusting garden set

Commication with Steve was excellent however

Commication with Steve was excellent However both items had marks on Unsure whether delivery service or the company items originated from were to blame Clearly the goods are not being checked before leaving depot After second item was delivered and photos sent showing imperfections I expect item for free considering I had to leave work early twice as delivery company explained they only deliver once per week

Friendly helpful service

The ordering process was really easy with confirmation email received quickly I asked to delay the delivery as I was away on holiday and thought it would arrive soon after we returned when it wasnt I emailed customer services who responded immediately chased the supplier and then confirmed the delivery tracking info and the order was with me within days Quick and efficent service with a friendly human being not a chatbot

Ordered on the Monday delivered on the Wednesday Great service Quality of the dining chairs is excellent Very easy to assemble Bought 2 grey and 2 mustard and got an additional discount for the bundle Would highly recommend

So much better than the competition

So - 121 was my 2nd attempt to order a desk for my home office The first attempt was via one of their competitors who firstly took ages to despatch the item missed the first 2 delivery dates finally turning up on the 3rd However the top of the desk was cracked right down the middle and impossible to miss so no idea why delivery was even attempted then they advised me the part I needed was out of stock so offered a refund why I m now having to chase My 2nd attempt was with 121 - ordering was easy much faster than before and it turned up when it was supposed to and the quality seemed so much better than the previous desk it was certainly packaged better I wish I d found 121 first time if you re reading this review and thinking twice then don t - I ve tried the competition and it isn t worth the hassle

Fantastic efficient company Highly recommend

Ordering online was easy Good communication throughout the process with regular emails and updates I had two separate concerns which Steven dealt with extremely swiftly on both occasions I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again Thank you
